The cottage is situated 1 mile outside of the town of Dungloe with its many restaurants, bars, live music and shops and is within striking distance for the many activities the local area can provide. This part of Donegal is very picturesque and has lots to do and see with ferries and chartered boats to the many islands. Maghery, the closest beach is 5km away and leads to the very scenic drive around Crohy Head with its Martello tower and dramatic sea cliffs.
